What PowerLab is

PowerLab is a year-long leadership community for senior leaders. Directors, VPs and experienced leaders navigating greater complexity, influence and responsibility.

It is a space to step outside the day-to-day, learn from experienced coaches and other leaders, and work through real leadership challenges together.

September 2 is a free preview of it, open to anyone.

Why we are opening it

Our last members session ran for an hour and the chat never stopped.

People asked the questions you only ask when you trust the room. Not the polished ones. The ones about what to do when the executive team goes off on a tangent, or how much detail is too much, or whether the whole thing could have been an email.

That session was for members. We kept thinking more people should have been in it, so we are opening the next one to anyone who wants to come.

We only know what we know.

Will it be recorded?
The coaching half runs live and unrecorded so people can speak freely. Register and we will send you whatever we can share afterwards.
